Excelmotorhomes.com is an online distribution system allowing motorhome suppliers to sell vehicle availability and discount rates to customers worldwide. Motorhome suppliers have access to the Excel Motorhomes secure extranet site where they can update their rates, availability and motohome information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any changes they make updates on the site instantly.
Motorhome suppliers offer discounted rates online because our system allows them an effective, cost efficient way of managing their rates and availability. They save the administration costs which are associated with taking a booking via telephone, fax, email or face to face! Because we work with a range of different suppliers we are often able to negotiate discounted rates which we can pass onto our customers.
How to Book?
Designed with speed and simplicity in mind, using this site you can search for a wide range of motorhomes to meet your specific requirements. You can compare prices and facilities and book online instantly.
You can book online in four easy steps:
A copy of your reservation will then be emailed and faxed to the motorhome supplier and they will check rates and vehicle availability. As soon as your booking is confirmed (usually within 48 hours), confirmation is forwarded to your personal email address. The booking deposit is then debited from your card. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check the details carefully and notify us immediately if you notice you notice any information which is incorrect. Any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms will apply once the booking is confirmed.

If you prefer to contact us by email for a vehicle quotation please complete the enquiry form on our ‘Contact Us’ page or complete the enquiry form attached to the vehicle you are interested in. Quotations provided by email are also subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Rates and availability quoted manually by email via a member of our reservations team take precedence over rates and availability loaded online.
How to Pay?
Excelmotorhomes.com processes and delivers your reservation using their secure online booking system. Excelmotorhomes.com debits 20% booking deposit from your debit or credit card as soon as the booking is confirmed with the supplier and to you. This will usually be within 48 hours of making your booking. As we are based in London, this deposit payment will be charged in Great British Pounds. This charge will show on your bank statement as Excel Hotels Limited UK, the parent company for excelmotorhomes.com. Excel Hotels Limited accepts no responsibility for any currency fluctuations between the GBP/ NZD and your countries exchange rate.
In the event that the vehicle you have booked is not available at the rate booked, this will be communicated by email usually within 48 hours and no deposit charge will be debited from your debit or credit card. An alternative vehicle with a different supplier may be offered to you but no deposit charge will be made until the changes to your reservation have been accepted by you.
The customer is responsible for settling the remaining 80% of the full account directly with the supplier in line with the supplier’s payment terms. This payment will be processed in New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate at the time.
How to cancel?
If you need to cancel your confirmed reservation you must email Excelmotorhomes.com directly. As the booking agent, excelmotorhomes.com does not charge a cancellation fee however each supplier has their own cancellation policy and you may be charged if you cancel after their requested notice period. You must read the suppliers cancellation terms prior to making a reservation. This information will also be displayed on your booking confirmation. The deposit charged at the time of making the reservation will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Please see our privacy policy. By using excelmotohomes.com to process your reservation you acknowledge that excelmotorhomes.com will need to disclose your information to your selected Supplier.
Customer Terms and Conditions of making a booking
The contract for the purchase of the rental vehicle is between the customer and the supplier. A copy of the motorhome supplier’s terms and conditions of booking are outlined at the top of this page.
Because excelmotohomes.com acts as an online booking agent we have no contractual liability to the customer in respect of the product the customer purchases. The supplier controls their individual information through our database system. Excelmotorhomes.com is not responsible for the information the motorhome supplier provides.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
